Your people

The approver matters most. One named person who can say yes to creative and the website within 2 business days keeps everything on schedule. If we hear nothing for 2 business days after we submit something, it counts as approved and we keep moving, exactly as the agreement says.

Instagram & social

We take over the posting and community side, so we need the full picture of what exists today. Never type a password into this form. We only need names and handles here; access handover happens together on a quick call.

Every link to your existing content

This is the gold. We repurpose before we produce, so send us a link to everything you have ever made: photo folders, video, old campaigns, press, lookbooks, the sailmaking film, heritage archives, old ads, everything. Paste links below, add as many rows as you need. If something only exists on a hard drive, write that in the label and we will arrange a transfer.

Email & list

Heads up: Klaviyo sits in your name with your card connected (their platform fee is paid by you directly to Klaviyo, it is not an NWV fee). Campaign sends cannot launch until a card is connected, so having this ready by Friday keeps us fast. Up to 4 campaigns a month are included; you supply the words, we design, build, and send.

Goals & anything else

This helps us aim. It is context, not a promise: as the agreement says, we commit to the work and clear weekly reporting, never to a specific sales or ad number.

Sign-off

The 2-business-day rhythm. I understand that one named approver turns around creative and website approvals within 2 business days, and that items not rejected with specific comments in that window are deemed approved so the schedule holds, per our agreement.

One thing we did not ask for here: your ad account. That is deliberate. We set up Meta ad access together on a separate quick call, properly and securely, after the site is moving. And never send passwords through this form or by email.
